Privacy
Short version: we collect only what you type into our forms, use it to run the beta waitlist, and never sell it.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you join the waitlist or send the survey.
- Your survey answers and any note you write, if you fill in the survey.
- Whether you'd like a call, if you tick that box.
- The language of the page you signed up on, so we write to you in it.
- Approximate city and country, derived from your IP address by our hosting provider at the moment you sign up. We don't store your IP address.
What we use it for
- To invite you to the Vixen beta when your tier opens, and to send you the survey results we promised.
- To decide what to build first.
- To show an anonymous recent-signup line (city only) and the total waitlist count on our homepage. No names or emails are ever shown.
What we don't do
No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics cookies, and we never sell or rent your data. Your browser stores a small note that you've joined and which language you prefer, so we don't ask twice; you can clear it any time by clearing site data.
Where it's stored
Submissions are stored with our hosting provider (Cloudflare or Google Firebase), in their data centres, protected by access controls.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to show, correct or delete everything we hold about you, or unsubscribe at any time, by emailing hello@vixen.app. We'll act on it within 30 days.
